agreed - but I doubt if he'd find an ISP which says "sure, come on, run open
relays, it's ok by me" :)

Which is why I dont block using ORBS - http://www.orbs.org
However, I do advocate using the MAPS lists such as the RBL to filter spam
from relays which have been abused by spammers.  Gilmore's has, apparently -
repeatedly.
