I find the only valid point that Billie Joy has is the necessity to admit
that we might have a set of potential problems on our hands, which need
to be dealt with (risk analysis, tracking infrastructure, contingency
plans, and the like) individually and rationally.

We don't need peasants with torches, we need safe and sane people at the
controls. I'm not sure public discussion is the best way to get there.
Maybe it is. I honestly don't know.
